The first thing done was to drill the revised holes for the new axial collar positions, shown above.

Here I am refining the length of the steering column, which was intentionally cut with an extra 1/4" on the end.

Here is the measurements for the first form mount colunm, the bar, which is 1" ID and 1.2" OD is shown above the scale drawing of the steering column assembly.

Above is the last hole of the first fork column mount being drilled

This is just before the second fork mount column is cut.

Here are the two mounts and the steering colum with axial collars.
